We have been established for over 20 years and continue to develop and expand our range to bring the latest cutting tool technology to the market.

All of our Solid Carbide Tooling is manufactured in a 65,000 square foot state of the art facility in the USA, with over 200 CNC Grinding Machines.

This ISO9001.2008 manufacturing plant has its own in-house Coating Facility which guarantees consistency of performance and immediate access to the latest developments in PVD tool coating technology.

Our Cobalt, Powder Metal Cutting Tools and Spindle Tooling are manufactured in ISO9001.2008 manufacturing plants in Europe.

 

Our comprehensive Cutting Tool range covers over 10,000 specific part numbers from standard tooling through to PCD & CVD Diamond Coated tools. This extensive programme is stocked at our facility in the UK.

We have over 150,000 tools available for same day despatch in the UK and Europe.

 

 

A growing part of our business is our UK based Specials and Modification Division. We will modify one of our existing stock tools or offer a full design service from drawing to finished tool. Our special Tool Rescue Service offers Regrind, Recondition and Repair of your existing tools.

Our latest product Catalogue is a dedicated Carbide Router programme for Wood, Plastics, Composites, Solid Surface and Aluminium, with over 1,000 specific part numbers. We cover 1, 2, 3 and 4 flute styles in both Metric and Imperial Sizes.
